- Enhancing fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, and self-care abilities to enable student engagement alongside peers
- Adapting tasks and environments to meet individual student needs
- Conducting diagnostic and evaluation testing where appropriate
- Preparing clear, comprehensive reports reflecting student assessments and observations
- Developing and maintaining IEP goals and accommodations
- Collaborating and communicating effectively with parents and educational staff to discuss progress and support requirements
- Must hold or be eligible for an Illinois state OT license
