Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with interventional radiology procedures using fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound, and other imaging modalities
- Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards
- Position patients and administer contrast agents as required
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver efficient procedural support
- Monitor patients during procedures and provide immediate care if needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to imaging procedures
- Certification and licensure as a Radiologic Technologist with specialization in interventional radiology
- Proven experience working as an IR Technologist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
