This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team specializing in sterile compounding of TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) products, delivering critical home infusion therapies nationwide.

Job Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (with potential for slight shift flexibility as hours may expand)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform sterile compounding of TPN and other infusion therapies in compliance with regulations and standards
- Maintain strict aseptic technique and sterile environment to ensure patient safety
- Utilize specialized compounding systems, preferably CPR , to accurately prepare medications
- Collaborate closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy and quality of compounded products
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including documentation and inventory control
- Proven experience in IV compounding and TPN preparation required
- Familiarity with CPR compounding technology highly preferred
- Valid California Pharmacy Technician license; PTCB certification is highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional aseptic compounding skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and extended hours as needed
