Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings efficiently with team members and families
- Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
- Serve as a liaison between educators, parents, and school personnel regarding IEP processes
- Maintain confidential student records and documentation related to special education services
- Assist with communication and follow-up on special education matters
- Provide general office support to support educational programming
- Previous administrative or secretarial experience, ideally within educational settings

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
