Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals develop, regain, or maintain the skills necessary for daily living and meaningful participation in activities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapeutic services and support positive outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to determine clients functional abilities and therapeutic needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with established goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Participate in meetings, consultations, and professional development as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active state OT license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience in school, clinical, or rehabilitation settings preferred but not required
