Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Valid teaching license or certification appropriate for General Education and/or ESL instruction
- Demonstrated experience delivering lessons in diverse classroom settings
- Knowledge of second language acquisition theories and best practices
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with various student backgrounds
- Previous experience working within school environments is a plus
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Support English language learners with tailored instruction and resources
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
