Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during EP and cath lab procedures by scrubbing and handling instruments efficiently.
- Maintain sterile field throughout procedures, adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
- Support a daily caseload of 4-7 cases in a high-volume setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring smooth procedural flow.
- Float between Cath, IR, and EP departments as needed.
- Adapt to schedule flexibility to complete cases beyond standard hours when necessary.
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory and facility protocols.
- Minimum of 1 year of EP lab experience with proven competence in scrubbing and stemming.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a high-demand, multi-procedure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Four 10-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM 5:30 PM), with potential extended hours to complete daily cases.
- No weekend or on-call requirements.
- Holiday work as needed to support unit demands.
