EP Nurse | Brockton, Massachusetts

A specialized opportunity is available for Registered Nurses skilled in Electrophysiology (RN-EP or RN-EP Lab) to support advanced cardiac care services. This role involves working within a dynamic healthcare environment focused on diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders, utilizing cutting-edge electrophysiology technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during electrophysiology procedures including diagnostic testing and catheter ablations.
• Provide expert patient care before, during, and after EP studies in compliance with clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of procedural data and patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure quality control, infection prevention, and equipment readiness within the EP lab.
  
  

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Specialized training or certification in Electrophysiology nursing preferred.
• Prior experience in an EP lab setting or cardiac catheterization lab.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, arrhythmia management, and EP lab instrumentation.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
