Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during electrophysiology procedures including diagnostic testing and catheter ablations.
- Provide expert patient care before, during, and after EP studies in compliance with clinical protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of procedural data and patient responses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Ensure quality control, infection prevention, and equipment readiness within the EP lab.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Specialized training or certification in Electrophysiology nursing preferred.
- Prior experience in an EP lab setting or cardiac catheterization lab.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, arrhythmia management, and EP lab instrumentation.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
