Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency room with compassion and accuracy
- Rapidly assess patient conditions and prioritize interventions in alignment with trauma protocols
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date patient records and monitor ongoing treatment
- Utilize BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications to deliver life-saving care
- Apply Level 1 trauma experience to manage complex emergency cases
- Current RN license with proven Emergency Room nursing expertise
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC required; Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred
- Prior experience working in a Level 1 trauma center highly preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and in rapidly changing environments
