Elementary 5th Grade Special Ed Teacher - Lansdale, Pennsylvania

An opportunity is available for a dedicated Elementary Special Education Teacher specializing in grades 4th and 5th to provide push-in services in a supportive school setting. This full-time contract position requires 40 hours per week and is located in Lansdale, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instruction and support within the general education classroom (push-in services) for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all school and state regulations in special education.
  
  

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Special Education Teacher certification.
• Candidates holding an Emergency Special Education Certification will also be considered.
• Experience working with elementary students, especially in grades 4th and 5th, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to education.
