A dynamic opportunity is available for an experienced Imaging Technician skilled in Electrophysiology (EP) and Cath Lab procedures. This full-time contract role is based in Clarkston, MI, at a well-equipped Cath/EP Lab located at 1 Genesys Parkway. The position requires a professional capable of handling a broad spectrum of cardiac catheterization and EP procedures with precision and confidence.
Responsibilities include:
- Scrubbing for all types of heart catheterizations, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures.
- Supporting the multidisciplinary team during complex interventions.
- Utilizing the Merge Hemo documentation system (preferred).
- Participating in on-call rotation with scheduled weekday and weekend coverage.
Schedule and Commitments:
- Full-time weekdays from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with one variable weekday off each week.
- On-call rotation: 1 weekend per month (from 5:00 PM Friday to 6:30 AM Monday) and 4 weeknights per month (5:00 PM to 6:30 AM the next day).
- No additional weekend commitments outside of on-call.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in a cath/EP lab.
- Ability to scrub confidently across all relevant procedures.
- RCIS or RCES licensure preferred; ARRT licensure accepted with cath lab scrub experience.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
