Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of dialysis and patient care.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and health management.
- Supervise dialysis technicians and support staff.
- Adjust treatment protocols per standing orders and care plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement projects.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers to coordinate care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multi-State Compact Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
- Previous dialysis experience is required.
- Experience in acute or ambulatory nursing is preferred.
- Position based around accessible clinics located throughout the peninsula, including Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Port Townsend.
- Flexible shifts available Monday through Saturday, covering morning and evening schedules based on staffing needs.
- This is a contract position offering exposure to diverse clinics within the region.
