Key Responsibilities
- Administer various dialysis therapies using specialized equipment such as B Braun dialysis machines, NXStage machines for apheresis and CRRT, and Baxter machines for peritoneal dialysis.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions during treatments with critical attention to safety.
- Rotate on-call duties from Monday to Sunday between 8 pm and 6:30 am, approximately six times within a six-week cycle.
- Work variable shifts between 8:00 am and 8:30 pm, averaging 30 hours per week.
- Provide weekend coverage every other Saturday and Sunday.
- Respond to holiday coverage as necessary depending on contract duration.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience with dialysis nursing, including familiarity with multiple dialysis modalities and machines.
- Shifts: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm / 10:00 am - 8:30 pm
- Approximately 30 hours per week with variable days.
- On-call rotation Monday through Sunday, nights.
- Weekend coverage every other week.
- Overtime available after 40 hours.
