Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostics, Psychology or a related field, active Educational Diagnostician license, and 1 years Educational Diagnostician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a bilingual Licensed Diagnostic Teacher Consultant (LDTC) to perform initial evaluations for a third-grade student. This contract position is based in Oxford, NJ, within Warren County Special Services, supporting the Child Study Team.

Ideal candidates will have experience in educational diagnostics and hold an active LDTC license. Fluency in Turkish is required to conduct bilingual assessments, providing critical support for accurate special education evaluations.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid LDTC license with active status
• Proven experience conducting educational evaluations for school-aged children
• Bilingual proficiency in Turkish essential
• Ability to prepare and deliver detailed evaluation reports on schedule
