CT Technologist - Waxhaw, North Carolina

A specialized opportunity is available for a skilled imaging professional proficient in CT and PET/CT technologies within a dynamic healthcare environment in Waxhaw, NC. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging utilizing CT and PET/CT modalities according to established protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nursing and transport staff to enhance patient care
• Adhere to safety and quality standards with appropriate use of Siemens and GE imaging equipment
• Support patient throughput in a high volume setting averaging 325 patients daily across modalities
• Participate in orientation and continuing education to maintain proficiency and compliance with facility standards
• Work scheduled 12-hour night shifts (8 PM 8 AM) with weekend rotation and holiday coverage as required
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in CT imaging
• Required certifications include BLS and ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT)
• NC state licensure is not mandatory
• Ability to wear black scrubs and comply with department dress code
• Readiness to work in a trauma Level IV designated teaching hospital setting focused on patient-centered care
