Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Pharmacy hours from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital setting
- Manage and monitor critical medications and drips
- Participate in quality assurance activities related to pharmacy operations
- Handle controlled substances in accordance with regulations and facility policies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
- Complete 1-2 full days of training modules upon hire
Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina pharmacy license required
- 1 to 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred; candidates with over 2 years in inpatient clinical pharmacy are strongly encouraged to apply
