Schedule/Hours
- 17-week contract
- 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- On-call rotation every third weekend
- On-call two weekdays per week, as determined by unit needs
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Registered Technologist – Radiography [RT(R)] or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
- Proven experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting, with strong knowledge of imaging procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-acuity situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and assessment of patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures
- Operate advanced imaging equipment to obtain accurate diagnostic images
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, adhering to safety and infection control protocols
- Accurately document procedures and patient responses
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond promptly as clinical needs arise
