Cath Lab Tech in Napa, CA

Seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technician specializing in cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology to support cardiovascular procedures in a dynamic hospital setting. This contract opportunity offers an engaging role with weekday day shifts and weekend call responsibilities on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologists and interventional radiologists during heart catheterization and related procedures
• Operate and maintain cath lab imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and image quality
• Prepare patients and monitor vitals throughout procedures, responding promptly to any changes
• Maintain sterile technique and enforce safety protocols, including radiation safety measures
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Valid CA Fluoro Permit and State Licensure
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R) credential
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cath Lab Tech
  
  

Shift Details

• Monday through Friday, four 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call coverage for weekends approximately every 3rd weekend
