A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential behavioral support in a school setting located in Jacksonville, FL. This on-site position involves working within multiple K-12 self-contained classrooms across 5-7 schools to deliver strategic and consultative assistance to teaching staff.

- Provide guidance and support to teachers in self-contained classrooms through observations, data collection, and strategy modeling
- Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educational staff to enhance classroom management techniques and student outcomes
- Assist in implementing effective behavior strategies without direct student service delivery
- Active BCBA licensure is required
- Experience working within K-12 educational environments preferred
- Strong skills in behavior analysis, intervention planning, and data-driven decision making
- Ability to work itinerantly across multiple school sites within the Jacksonville area
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
- Contract period: ASAP start through May 28, 2026
- Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week (7 hours daily)
- On-site position only; remote work is not available
- Fingerprint clearance required through Florida AHCA Clearinghouse or new fingerprinting will be facilitated
