What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machinist position at Solero Technologies, LLC?

Must be willing to work second or third shift as necessary to meet production requirements regardless of seniority.
Experience using a lathe a plus
Must be able to make all set up adjustments on equipment.
Must be able to maintain charts by plotting data, recognizing points out of control and process shifts.
Must be willing to gather data and load into computer.
Must be willing to travel for weeks at a time.
Must be able to collect and analyze data, maintain and analyze process control charts and records accurately and perform capability studies.
Must be able to interpret and implement product/process control plans, SORs work instructions, etc. per QS9000 requirements.
Must be able to take, maintain and record; stocks, inventories, balances, etc., to affect correct quantities and types of supplies.
Must be able to work in mineral spirits, trimsol and oil.
Will be responsible for tools.
Must be able to make adjustments to equipment.

Must be willing to attend training courses required by management.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide well enough to convert decimals to fractions, fractions to decimals, and be able to do other mathematics involved with the position.
Will be required to learn CNC2, ACAD and any other associated machining courses.
