We are seeking a Field Account Manager to represent Solera/AutoPoint and serve as a trusted advisor to dealership groups and corporate ownership teams. This role focuses on client relationship management, Fixed Operations Marketing optimization, and digital campaign performance, driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
You will manage the entire customer lifecycle—from onboarding to account expansion—while ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership and corporate stakeholders.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, retention, and growth.
- Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for operational and marketing improvements.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media).
- Educate clients on AutoPoint products and demonstrate their value.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and submit detailed reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive marketing (required).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, analytics).
- Consultative sales skills and ability to develop strategic growth plans.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
