What You Will Do
- Creative concept definition
- Define creative strategies for programs and communications
- Assist with the development of creative briefings
- Identify creative approaches to align with client objectives and brand position
- Manage creative refresh plan for ongoing marketing programs
- Creative development
- Create integrated design concepts that meet strategic objectives including direct mail, email, social media assets, web banners and landing pages.
- Develop designs that are engaging and effectively communicate the strategic vision
- Develop highly versatile creative concepts that can be leveraged and customized
- Review creative concepts and identify improvements
- Spot-check and approve all final outbound communications
- Presentations and project coordination
- Design mood boards, layouts, creative presentation ideas
- Present creative concepts to clients
- Coordinate with account teams to identify and obtain content needs to carry out assignments
- Work with production teams to identify and solve implementation challenges
- Collaborate with program strategy associates to develop targeted creative campaigns/journeys
- Continuous improvement and testing
- Design projects to test and evaluate new creative concepts
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of creative products and formulate ways to improve
- Identify and communicate creative best practices to internal stakeholders
- Be an advocate and educator to internal teams with regard to new creative strategies and best practices
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or similar discipline
- 4 years of combined agency and client-side design experience
- 4 years design and digital work experience
- Ability to articulate and present creative ideas
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with careful attention to detail
- Experience managing direct marketing communications
- Experience with creative concept testing
- Understanding of mail and email best practices, A/B testing, deliverability
- Understanding of key success metrics relating to interactive communications
- Experience with social media applications, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, blogs
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- HTML experience a plus
