Position Summary
The Regional Director of Sales & Marketing serves as a critical partner to community leadership teams across Solera's expanding portfolio, driving occupancy growth, revenue performance, and a best-in-class sales culture. This leader works closely with the SVP of Sales & Marketing, Executive Directors, and community Directors of Sales & Marketing (DSMs) to coach teams, optimize performance, and ensure that Solera's brand promise is reflected in every prospect and family interaction.
This role also serves as a key representative for sales and marketing performance with investors and capital partners — a high-visibility position with strategic influence at the portfolio level.
Solera expects corporate team members to routinely use AI tools to improve the speed, quality, insightfulness, and scalability of their work, while applying sound judgment, protecting confidentiality, and validating outputs.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, hospitality-minded, and technologically advanced, with proven experience leveraging AI, digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to drive measurable results.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $165,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a target bonus of up to 20% annually, along with additional performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales Leadership
- Lead and coach Directors of Sales & Marketing across an assigned portfolio of communities
- Partner with Executive Directors to align sales strategy, set occupancy goals, and drive revenue performance
- Provide hands-on support for complex sales situations and high-value move-ins
- Track and analyze key metrics including occupancy, lead generation, conversion ratios, sales cycle length, and RPOU
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and leverage data insights to recommend pricing, promotions, and inventory strategies
- Serve as the primary sales and marketing representative with ownership groups, investors, and capital partners
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance updates and strategic insights on occupancy and pipeline activity
- Champion Solera's use of AI, automation, and digital marketing tools to enhance lead generation and sales efficiency
- Ensure community teams fully leverage CRM platforms, analytics dashboards, and AI-enabled sales tools
- Mentor and develop Directors of Sales & Marketing to elevate individual and team performance
- Reinforce Solera's hospitality-driven sales culture built on empathy, relationship-building, and exceptional prospect experiences
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to align campaigns with local market conditions and sales goals
- Support new community openings, acquisitions, and stabilization efforts while providing competitive market intelligence
- 5–10 years of senior living sales leadership experience
- Multi-community or regional sales oversight strongly preferred
- Proven success driving occupancy growth and revenue performance
- Experience presenting to investors, ownership groups, or asset management partners preferred
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, digital marketing, and marketing analytics
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve sales performance
- Exceptional coaching, leadership, and team development skills
- Strong executive presence with ability to communicate performance insights to senior leadership and investors
