Reporting directly to corporate leadership, the selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and success of the community. Leading a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service, care, and hospitality to our residents and their families. The Executive Director will oversee all day-to-day operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, team engagement, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a culture grounded in excellence and accountability.
