SOLEO Wellness is a maternal mental health and wellness center dedicated to supporting women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. Through therapy, specialized day treatment, support groups, medication management, and integrative wellness services, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers and families across Massachusetts.
We are seeking a part-time clinician to join our growing team, with a primary focus on facilitating groups within our maternal mental health Day Treatment Program. Clinicians will also have the opportunity to build an outpatient caseload if desired.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate therapeutic groups within our Day Treatment Program
- Provide individual and family therapy as clinically indicated
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
- Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and client stabilization when needed
- Complete timely clinical documentation and participate in team meetings
Qualifications
- LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or license-eligible clinician in Massachusetts
- Experience providing psychotherapy in a structured clinical setting (PHP, IOP, outpatient, hospital, or community mental health preferred)
- Experience facilitating groups strongly preferred
- Interest in or experience supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, and maternal mental health challenges
- PMH-C certification or perinatal experience is a plus, but not required
