Role Description:
We are seeking Master’s Level Clinicians for full-time and part-time roles in the Greater Boston area. These positions offer a flexible, hybrid schedule. The Clinician will provide direct support to individuals through clinical assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation of services. The role also involves working closely with clients to support their personal growth and overall well-being while adhering to clinical and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Clinical skills in conducting assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
- Experience with individual, group, and family therapy practices.
- Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
- Knowledge of clinical documentation, compliance standards, and ethical practices in mental health care.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to diverse client needs.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure (e.g., LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts. We welcome both licensed and license-eligible clinicians. For those working toward full licensure, we provide comprehensive clinical supervision hours and professional support.
- Experience in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges is highly desirable.
