We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Team Lead to help run our Flemington location. You will be the "right hand" to the Team Lead, ensuring our spa operates at a Ritz-Carlton level while driving sales and coaching the staff.

Compensation & Perks:

Starting Pay: $18/hour (Guaranteed raise to $20/hour within one year)

Bonuses: Earn an additional $1–$4 per hour through our sales bonus program.

Total Potential: With tips (avg $100/mo) and bonuses, you can earn $22–$25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive & Exceed Sales: You will lead by example; selling memberships, preventing cancellations, upselling services, and coaching Spa Consultants on our proven 5-step sales method.
• Operational Excellence: Assist with staff scheduling, support payroll processing, and manage inventory/supply orders to hit our financial goals.
• Facility Management: Maintain pristine spa cleanliness and oversee equipment upkeep (including re-lamping) to ensure safety and luxury standards.
• Leadership: Enforce company policies, oversee opening/closing procedures, and represent the Soleil Tans brand in every interaction.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales or retail experience.
• Availability: Must be available for 20 hours/week, including weekends.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, and willing to do what it takes to succeed.
