Job Overview:
Our office is excited to be seeking a skilled and responsible "HandyMan or HandyWoman" for our rental properties located in the Merced area (apartments and homes.)
Responsibilities:
- Punctual and professional in dealing with multiple tenants on a daily basis
- License and/or certification a plus.
- Great communicator and someone who takes pride in their work
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, plumbing, electrical and repairing equipment.
- Must have experience as a handyman and own your own tools.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Will be paid every two weeks, on invoices/jobs completed during that time.
Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years for general previous handyman work experience. Need to know basic repairs for plumbing, painting, general electrical repairs, drywall repairs, cabinetry installation, fixing water heaters, etc.
