What are the responsibilities and job description for the Self Storage Porter/Handyman position at Heritage Self Storage?
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our property. This is a hands-on role that includes a variety of tasks to ensure our facility stays clean, safe, and welcoming.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean vacated units thoroughly
- Dust and clean unit doors and remove cobwebs
- Blow debris from aisles and walkways
- Perform light maintenance and minor gardening tasks
- Maintain property cleanliness in all weather conditions
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without direct supervision
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must pass a credit check

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday 10am-2pm
