Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Energy Consultant, based in San Diego, CA, with the flexibility of some remote work. The Solar Energy Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with clients to assess their energy needs, and creating customized solar solutions. Additional responsibilities include educating clients about the benefits of solar energy, answering inquiries, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in the Solar Industry, including understanding of Solar Power systems and solutions
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential customers
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and explain technical concepts clearly
- Problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in renewable energy sales or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferable
