We’re looking for a compassionate, relationship‑driven full-time Physical Therapist to support residents in our premier Assisted Living/Independent Living communities located in Boynton Beach and Delray Beach.

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ functional status, including mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and activities of daily living (ADL) performance
- Identify impairments, functional limitations, and safety risks to establish appropriate clinical impressions and care plans
- Implement fall prevention strategies and therapeutic programs aimed at reducing risk, maintaining function, and preventing decline
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards

Qualifications
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license
- 2 years of clinical experience; prior work in senior living or with older adults is a plus
