What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and daily direction for therapy services within the facility.
- Support appropriate caseload management, clinical programming, and resident care coordination.
- Monitor key performance indicators and help drive strong clinical and fiscal outcomes.
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, facility staff, and ancillary clinical team members.
- Promote a positive, collaborative team culture focused on excellent care and service.
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
- Experience leading or mentoring therapy staff preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, & relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable balancing clinical quality, team support, & business performance goals.
- Motivated by helping older adults remain as independent and engaged as possible.
Schedule: Full-time, in person
Work Location: On-site in Port Charlotte, FL within an Assisted/Independent Living Facility
