The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of successful projects while ensuring alignment with all stakeholder needs. You will work closely with Clients, Purchasers, and Production Supervisors to ensure timely execution of custom-manufactured orders.

Position Summary
The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of successful projects while ensuring alignment with all stakeholder needs. You will work closely with Clients, Purchasers, and Production Supervisors to ensure timely execution of custom-manufactured orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate small-scale Lean project execution
- Monitor tasks, manage timelines & budgets
- Coordinate with Stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement
- May perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a relevant field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 1-2 years coordinating projects in a Lean environment
- Excellent Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks with prerequisites and dependencies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
- Entry-level knowledge of basic project principles (Waterfall, Lean, Agile, and Scrum knowledge preferred)
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with tight timelines, preferably in industries focused on custom product manufacturing and delivery.
- Adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
- Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision required
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to analyze and present project data (timelines, financials, trends, etc.)
- Enthusiasm for participating in collaborative team environments
- Primarily in an office setting, limited duties in warehouse
- Ability to physically push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to sit for up to 4 hours at a time
