Growth Marketing Manager

Solara Labs is a growing nutraceutical company focused on developing and marketing high-quality, science-backed health and wellness products through a primarily e-commerce business model. BariMelts is a leading supplement brand dedicated to supporting women navigating bariatric surgery, GLP-1 therapy, and medical weight loss. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing professional who can take ownership of our e-commerce performance, identify new growth opportunities, and deliver measurable results. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines analytical thinking with creativity, takes initiative, and knows how to turn marketing strategies into profitable growth. Hyrbrid position, three (3) days in the office.

Responsibilities:

Drive E-Commerce Growth & Performance

• Own and optimize our Shopify storefront, focusing on conversion rates, average order value, customer retention, and lifetime value.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and overall channel profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve the customer experience, and maximize marketing ROI.

Lead Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimization

• Develop and execute strategies to improve website performance, landing pages, and the overall customer journey.
• Lead A/B testing and growth experiments to improve conversion and drive sales.
• Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, competitive strategies, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Manage Paid Media & Marketing Partners

• Collaborate with and oversee external agencies managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Evaluate campaign performance, optimize advertising investments, and ensure agency accountability.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and growth strategies.

Strengthen Customer Retention & Engagement

• Oversee email and SMS marketing strategies to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
• Partner with marketing agencies to optimize customer segmentation, automated campaigns, and retention programs.

Collaborate & Innovate

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to align growth initiatives with inventory and promotional planning.
• Support additional e-commerce channels, including Amazon and Walmart, as business needs evolve.
• Present performance insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years of hands-on Shopify experience, with a proven track record of driving measurable DTC growth.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce performance, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience analyzing performance using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Triple Whale, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage paid media agencies and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to take ownership and execute independently.
