Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a high-activity sales role focused on outbound phone calls, text messages, and follow-up communication with new leads, past customers, stale proposals, event leads, and online inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Follow up on internet leads, event leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Contact existing customers to educate them about additional services.
- Follow up on stale proposals and previously quoted projects.
- Identify opportunities for solar, roofing, battery storage, stucco, and window projects.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Send text messages, emails, and other follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate notes and activity in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
- Communicate clearly with customers, sales reps, and management.
