What You’ll DoAs our Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
- Overseeing staff training and development to maintain high standards.
- Ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for both customers and employees.
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of coffee products and ensuring consistency in preparation and presentation.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of management experience in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of coffee and a passion for sharing that knowledge with others.
