Role Description
$85,000 – $225,000 Per Year
Leads Provided | Same-Day Appointments | High Commission
Roof Bear is looking for driven sales closers who want to earn serious money and build a long-term career in the roofing industry.
This is not a door-knocking position.
We provide qualified homeowner leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present the solution, and close the deal.
If you are hungry, competitive, and humble enough to learn a proven presentation system, this opportunity can easily produce six-figure income.
What You’ll Do
• Run company-provided leads with homeowners needing roof replacements
• Perform a professional roof inspection and consultation
• Deliver a simple proven in-home presentation
• Close deals during the appointment
• Maintain strong communication with homeowners and our production team
