Raptor Roofing is a veteran-owned roofing company serving Central Florida. We are looking to add experienced roofing sales representatives to our team as we continue to grow.
This is not a churn-and-burn operation. We’re building a tight group of producers who want to grow with a company that values accountability, effort, and culture.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and discuss replacement or repair options
- Present and explain insurance, retail, and financing solutions
- Generate business through self-generated efforts (door knocking, referrals, follow-ups)
- Use company systems to stay organized and communicate job status
- Work professionally with homeowners throughout the sales process

Requirements
- Prior experience selling roofs (insurance or retail)
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building trust
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Coachable and team-oriented
- Reliable transportation and smartphone

Pay: $80,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
