We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator / Customer Success Specialist who thrives on solving problems, communicating with customers, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is NOT a receptionist position.

We are looking for someone who can think critically, take ownership of customer concerns, coordinate with multiple departments, and follow every issue through to completion.

If you’re the type of person who refuses to let a customer “fall through the cracks,” we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Service Coordinator, you’ll become the quarterback for customer issues.

Responsibilities include:

· Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and confidence

· Listen carefully, identify the real issue, and provide solutions—not just take messages

· Coordinate service appointments with technicians and project managers

· Create, manage, and prioritize service tickets

· Communicate with customers throughout the service process

· Follow up until every issue is fully resolved

· Work with manufacturers, suppliers, utilities, inspectors, and internal departments when needed

· Keep detailed notes and documentation in our CRM

· De-escalate upset customers with professionalism and empathy

· Identify recurring issues and help improve company processes

· Ensure customers always know what is happening and what comes next

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

· Has 3 years of customer service, service coordination, operations, or project coordination experience: preferably in the Solar Energy space

· Is extremely organized

· Has outstanding communication skills (both phone and email)

· Can manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed

· Is confident making decisions instead of waiting to be told what to do

· Has exceptional follow-up and follow-through

· Takes ownership of problems until they’re solved

· Is calm under pressure

· Learns software quickly

· Understands urgency and customer expectations
