Job Description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring business objectives are met or exceeded for safety, quality, accuracy, service, productivity, cost, and efficient storage/shipping/receiving/handling of finished goods.
A Successful Candidate Must Be Able To
This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 50 lbs , bending, stooping, computer work, and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.

- Manage the operations team through regularly scheduled meetings, conducting performance reviews, and effectively resolving performance issues.
- Improve performance through implementation of process improvement initiatives based on industry best practices.
- Drive supply chain value activities across all aspects of operations to eliminate waste, improve storage density, and yield cost savings through process mapping and root cause analysis.
- Developing and implementing SOPs and policies and procedures to ensure that the distribution process operates efficiently.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure that distribution operations align with the overall goals of the company.
- Develop metrics for measurement of team performance.
- Foster a “safety first” culture through awareness, training, and accountability.
- Operational excellence by identifying areas for continuous improvement which drives warehouse utilization, sustained performance, and productivity.
- Ability to work under deadlines to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Initiative, problem solving, and prioritization.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Moderate to advanced computer proficiency leveraging software applications such as: Excel; Word; PowerPoint; Visio; and MS Access.
