Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and standards for new product lines.
- Lead quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with ISO, IEC, and other relevant standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout production.
- Manage the documentation of quality assurance practices and maintain accurate records of product quality performance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of quality control measures.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control processes, root cause analysis, and corrective action procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and reduce defects.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve quality issues related to raw materials and components.
- Prepare and present quality reports and data analysis to upper management and stakeholders.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in solar energy or a related manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control standards such as ISO 9001 and IEC standards for solar energy products.
- Proficiency with quality management tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent methodologies.
- Strong familiarity with manufacturing processes, material science, and product testing for solar energy products.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems and quality management software.
- This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, lifting 50 lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, working with live electricity, and other physical activities.
