We are seeking a Development Coordinator to play a vital role in managing our database, cultivating existing relationships, identifying new sources of funding, and running the day-to-day program operations. This position has the primary responsibility and oversight for the customer relations management (CRM) database, Charityproud.

This is a fulltime position, Monday – Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M., with some work outside normal business hours for special events.

The Development Coordinator Is Responsible For
- Database Management.
- Donor Management, Cultivation, and Retention.
- Fundraising Campaigns and Appeals.
- Involvement in Capital Campaigns.
- Special Events, Meeting Coordination, and Other Functions.
- Marketing & Communications support and coordination.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- At least two years of experience in an office environment.
- One year of experience directly related to fundraising.
- Excellent communication skills and judgment with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with donor databases.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and design/marketing software (Canva, MailChimp) a plus.
- Strong customer service ethic.

- Pay Range: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Partial employer-paid health insurance, paid sick leave, and twelve paid holidays.
- Vacation: Two weeks of vacation annually.
