Pay:
- Starting at $18/hour – pay increases with experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Provide compassionate care to residents with Alzheimer's and other memory care needs
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed
- Support residents' social and recreational activities
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to supervisors or Med Techs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Follow all infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving experience preferred, especially in assisted living or memory care
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (in-person certification required or willingness to obtain)
