About Our Job
This position:
Process security requests.
Works with security to process badging.
Performs security specialized and/or technical office support such as assisting with intake procedures and monitoring badging process.
Interprets and explains regulations, policies, standards and/or procedures to employees/external customers based on extensive knowledge of security area within DIA.
Reviews and evaluates forms, applications, computations, documents, and/or other information to determine accuracy, completeness acceptability, or compliance based on extensive knowledge of security area or safety requirements.
Prepares and processes documents and other forms in accordance with security precedents or other security and safety procedures.
Recommends improvements or solutions to problems within a range of specified, acceptable, and/or standard alternatives and technical practices.
About You
HS/GED plus three years of clerical experience one year work experience in aviation security or similar setting.
Equivalency: A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted to meet the minimum requirements.
