The Cultivation Associate is primarily responsible in assisting with the propagation, vegetation and/or flower of the cultivation facility. Additionally, the Cultivation Associate is responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. Experience is always a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Salary Range

$44,000 to $44,000 plus bonus

Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
• Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).
• Must understand basic computer functions and must be proactive, possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Excellent mathematical, language and reasoning skills.
• Experience in the fundamentals of plant biology preferred but not required.
• Cannabis cultivation operations experience a plus.

Physical & Job Requirements

• Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to perform physical labor for 4-8 hours a day in stressful environmental conditions.

Job Type: Full-time- 35-40 Hours per week

Salary details: From $20.29 per hour Bonus

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday – 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
• Weekend availability- (Every third Sunday from 9:00am – 10:30 am)
