Solace Meds is a leading cannabis company with multiple retail and cultivation locations in the Colorado area. Available position is located at one of our Fort Collins store. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic and passionate Budtender with previous cannabis experience. We have a professional and fun work environment and are excited about adding the right person to the team.
Budtenders are primarily responsible for delivering the Solace Meds retail promise to every customer: Your Solace is our Satisfaction! Additionally, Budtenders are responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. Experience is always a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Salary Range: $38,100.00 to $60,050.00

Qualifications and Education
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Previous cannabis experience preferred
- Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED)
- Must understand basic computer functions and possess cash management skills
- Excellent mathematical, language and reasoning skills
Physical & Job Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.'
- Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
