Job Summary
Do you like to go FAST?? Are you a confident BOH employee looking to make a move from the physical labor of the hotline to the brainiac job of being the Master of Tickets? We are looking to hire a sharp and hyper-competent back of house employee with STRONG communication skills, fine dining kitchen experience, and an infectious positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Multitask like a MF BOSS.
- Prepare and assemble cold dishes, including salads, cold sauces, decorative garnishes, and desserts for upscale dining experiences while also expediting tickets for service.
- Manage the sequence of service through ticket calling, with attention to coursing, firing entrees, and coordinating with FOH for seamless delivery of dishes.
- Work alongside and collaborate with a partner employee, the “Food Runner” who assists in salad and dessert platings while running food .
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene throughout all stages of food preparation and service
- Organize and set up ”the expo line” plating stations with attention to detail and aesthetic appeal
- Handle food preparation tasks such as slicing, portioning, marinating, and garnishing using proper knife skills and culinary techniques
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies specific to the station
Experience
- Proven experience in fine dining establishments or upscale restaurants with a focus on grill, sautee, garde manger, or expo roles
- Extensive knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and culinary techniques related to cold foods
- Skilled in food handling, safety practices, and sanitation standards within the food industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in food preparation, cooking methods, and meal assembly for high-end service environments
- Excellent knife skills with the ability to prepare ingredients efficiently and precisely

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
