Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join the Sol Therapy team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency in office management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members, using the Simple Practice system.
- Collect client co-payments via the Simple Practice system.
- Provide clients with the appropriate paperwork needed to be filled out, and scan it into the system.
- Support the office with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or clerical role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with the Simple Practice system.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
