In-Home Care Provider

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience in various caregiving environments, including home health, assisted living, and nursing homes. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities.

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide patient care and monitor vital signs to ensure the well-being of clients.
• Engage in patient observation and document any changes in condition or behavior.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with autism and Alzheimer's care needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Administer medication as per care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the social well-being of clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving roles such as home health aide, nursing assistant, or direct support professional is preferred.
• Familiarity with memory care techniques and dementia care practices is beneficial.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client mobility assistance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care.
