Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, and active individual to provide 1:1 support in a structured home environment.
This position is best suited for someone who is hands-on, attentive, and able to follow routines consistently. A high level of engagement, awareness, and professionalism is required at all times.
Duties
- Provide continuous supervision and support
- Knowledge of special education needs and working with individuals with disabilities
- Use calm guidance and redirection
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized environment.
- Ability to adapt support strategies to meet the diverse needs of youth in a home-based environment
- Communicate effectively with the household team
- Maintain active and engaged throughout the shift (This is not a passive role)
- Comfortable in a high-paced, high-energy environment
- Must prioritize safety and awareness at all times
- Able to stay calm, patient, and consistent with the schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
